and Refund Information

SHIPPING

Our products ship Monday through Wednesday using Fed Ex, but our frozen shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend, so we are not able to deliver your package on a Sunday, Monday or a banking holiday. We cannot ship outside of the United States. For non hemp products we are able to ship to all lower 48 states. For our hemp infused products, we are only able to ship to states that have state hemp regulation in place that allows shipment of our product.

HOW IS IT SHIPPED?

Our company believes in enhancing the quality of life in those that consume our ice cream. This means that we are committed to sustainability and preserving our environment. Our frozen products are shipped in with insulation made from a corn starch, recyclable cardboard and plastic. There will be enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen well into the afternoon of the delivery date.  It is best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to put ice cream in the freezer. For your safety use gloves when handling dry ice and follow the directions on the box regarding the disposal of the insulated panels.

TRACKING

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Heavenly Hash Creamery, LLC cannot be responsible for damage or loss of gifts due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, or theft.  We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped.  Please ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day. We are not liable for lost or melted products if customers change the pickup location, they need to notify the local Fed Ex office.

OUR GUARANTEE

To guarantee delivery we must have the complete and correct address.  We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due the highly perishable nature of some of our products. If at anytime your product does not arrive intact, please contact our customer service department 833-423-9333 or the “contact us” tab on our website. We require that you take photographs of the product and inside the container for a refund or reshipment.

All sales are final. Please contact our customer service at 1-833-423-9333, or [email protected] if your ice cream doesn’t arrive completely frozen. We will re-ship your product free of charge.
